Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Kodiq Academy and related services provided by GODANCETV LLP (Company No. OC453069).
2. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
4. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
After the 7-day period:
- Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion, minus any months already used.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@kodiq.ai with:
- Your account email address.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Date of purchase.
We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period (for monthly plans).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
