1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kodiq website (kodiq.ai), Kodiq Academy, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GODANCETV LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (Company No. OC453069), with its registered office at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, SE19 3BD, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

To access certain features (including Kodiq Academy), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including course materials, text, graphics, and software — is owned by GODANCETV LLP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Content you create using our tools (e.g., projects, code) remains yours.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GODANCETV LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
